After an extremely crazy and eventful first year, we’re still partying like there’s no tomorrow.

Sticking to our ideals about how to create the best party, we’ve established ourselves as a vital part of the Copenhagen electronic nightlife. We aspire to raise the dancefloor, and what occurs there, to a place beyond the constant connectivity of social media. Beyond a world that often treats you as a stereotype, instead of an individual. A place where people of all creeds, ethnicities, faiths, sizes, sexual orientations and genders are encouraged to feel at home.

Running a nightclub and paying fair wages to all performing artists is expensive, furthermore, it’s very important to us that every person has space to breathe and feel comfortable/dance, therefore we can only let in a limited amount people at a time. This means we are not able to charge any less than 150 dkk pr. guest on this special extra long night.

💑 VSA HOUSE RULES
– Don’t take pictures or videos of any kind inside the club.
– Don’t use racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist or discriminatory language.
– Don’t use your phone on the dancefloors.
– Don’t touch without asking and respect a no.
– No leering, you may look, but don’t stare. 🙂

👀 SAFER SPACE AMBASSADORS – CLUB MAFIA
There will be two Safer Space Ambassadors from CLUB MAFIA walking around the party making sure that everybody is having a good time. They will be wearing patches with ‘CLUB MAFIA’ in bright colors. Please do not hesitate to contact them if you experience something unpleasant or have questions. There will also be a picker from CLUB MAFIA in the door though-out most of the night, whom you can contact.

❤️ SAFER SPACE POLICY
It is our goal that anyone visiting our club, regardless of sexuality, gender, outfit (or lack thereof), build or ethnicity feels the safe and inclusive atmosphere that Ved Siden Af is built upon.
This is a big task to handle all by ourselves, so we kindly ask everyone to keep their eyes and ears open for bad and inappropriate behavior around the club. If you see or experience any harassment and/or unwanted attention, please DO NOT hesitate to contact any of our staff or security with your issue.
Our guests comfort and well-being is our highest priority and no issue is too small for us to take serious.
If the discomfort is real to you, it is real to us.

📱NO PHONES ON OUR DANCEFLOORS
Our space is a place for freedom of expression without the all-seeing eye of social media, therefore photos and videos are not allowed inside our space. Due to this, we demand that everyone leave all cameras, Instagram, Snapchat etc. in the wardrobe. Breaking this rule will result in an early trip home.
Furthermore, if you are on the dance floor, please refrain from activity on your phone, we make the dance floor for dancing, not for updating yourself on your latest Facebook feed or checking out your new Tinder matches. If you need to use your phone, please go do it in the lobby, lounge or at least not in the middle of a moving floor. It kills the vibe.

When you enter Ved Siden Af, you will find a donation box for LGTB+ DANMARK Asylum department in the entrance upstairs. So if you feel rich, please don’t hesitate to donate a bit, either in the box or to LGTB+ DANMARKS Mobilepay on 531666 – please write ‘Asyl’ on all donations.

Furthermore, if you are on the guest-list we require that you donate before you can enter the party.
