We Love CPH presents its first event in Copenhagen at nothing less than the coolest and greatest party that Copenhagen has, the famous Distortion street party.
The stage will be in the V12 location, Sønder boulevard 88. the music starts at 16 , we recommend arriving early on the day of the event because, as we know, the streets will be full of people and we expect a large number of people in our area.

We are very proud to do this event with these wonderful artists who are very quickly making their way into the Copenhagen nightlife so you can not miss any of them.
Music style in this stage will be Progressive e house, melodic techno and techno.

Stavroz (BE) består af fire venner fra Flandern i Belgien og blev grundlagt tilbage i 2011. De har sammen skabt en delikat akustisk, organisk og cinematisk tilgang til elektronisk musik og har længe været en betydelig spiller på den europæiske undergrundsscene.
Deres EP, “The Ginning”, opnåede guldstatus i Frankrig og modtog adskillige priser i bl.a. Tyskland. Siden har flere store, internationale scener fået æren af at gæste Stavroz – bl.a. Coachella, Fusion Festival, Pukkelpop, Tropico og mange flere.
Sidste år udgav de deres debutalbum “Mindibu”, så fans endeligt kan lytte til et album i fuld længde fra den legendariske gruppe.

Selvom Stavroz nu har eksisteret i 11 år, er mange af deres sange stadig relevante – og er langsomt på vej mod titlen som tidløse klassikere. Over en halv million månedlige lyttere og over 100.000 følgere bare på Spotify er helt enige.

It’s Thursday and Sam Shure is flying in from Berlin to be with us for this crazy Distortion club party, Sam is a heavyweight from the Berlin scene and some of the biggest stages all around the globe and with releases on some of the biggest labels out there!! so if you don’t already know him you definitely go listen to his music… Baime and Schaarup will take good care of you for the first 3 hours and heat you up to a supersonic level with loads of love and deep grooves and good energy!! Last but not least Anders HP will take good care of you and send you home with the feeling that you have danced enough…

As one of Europe’s most in-demand mixing engineers Hannes Bieger spent a decade cultivating an untouchable reputation, with an exhaustive client list that includes some of the biggest names in contemporary house and techno. In 2017 Hannes decided to step back into the foreground and return to making his own music again. It resulted in releases on John Digweed’s Bedrock label, Poker Flat and many more. He’s making zero sacrifice in terms of quality and is excited to give us a live performance on high quality equipment. Sincz from Moonbotique, Click Records and Renaissance Records and the Danish guys from Tripolism known for releases on Balance Music and Just This provide the amazing support in Black Box.

Come support the Culture Box debutants in Red Box including Deefo, originally from Indonesia but now based in Copenhagen. His music can be found on Dirtybird and Erase Records to name a few and he is a talent who deserves much more attention by our local club community.
